Consider your muscles. Lie down and visualize the whole organ that it is. Give it permission to relax at its tense spots. Let the sensation bounce around the circuit of points of tension. If you fear blood, veins, the beating of your own heart, release and welcome the electrical pulsation and the warmth it brings throughout your body. Keep releasing and tell yourself you are not afraid. You are a blue body with red muscles. You may shake intermittently, try to keep going back to your muscles. Must make muscles strong.
