Right now there are two Russian nuclear submarines swimming just off our east coast in International waters. Just last week a senior Pentagon official said the administration is looking at options for the plan, which would install 10 interceptors in Poland and a radar system in the Czech Republic. I don't want to do this plan. I don't think the U.S. should be allowed to build a defense system in other countries. Why must we have such a reach? We should protect our boundaries. Literally and figuratively.
