Save for one with the name Peggy or Sally on the spinning vessel, all the cement trucks I have seen this season are white. Plain, boring white! How can I achieve trippy satisfaction with white rotation? I can barely tell it's moving!
There should be a law mandating all cement trucks' over-the-top tops to be painted in a design that inhibits special effects. Like a compact circus on wheels. These dear trucks are the embodiment of childhood happiness. A pure form of entertainment. One of those visual things that makes everything alright. I would give tax money to put this law into effect (ha) and even throw in a bit extra to pay a performer to pop out of the swirly vortex at stop lights.
